What if I go on vacation?

If you go on vacation it is very important that you make sure to set your inventory to unavailable. Failure to do so will result in suspension from the site. All artwork listed on Zatista must be available to purchase and shipped out within 1-3 days.

You have three choices for while you are away:

1: You can go into your account, and “suspend” all of the artwork that you have there. This will keep your account active, but all of your works will be marked as “sold” to the customers looking at them. When you return, you can “activate” your works and they will again be available for sale.

2: We can suspend your entire account for you. This will make your seller page “invisible” to the viewers on Zatista. When you notify us of your return, we will reactivate it, and it will return as it was.
In advance of going on vacation please notify us which dates you will be away by e-mailing [email protected].

3: Alternatively, if you have someone who is capable and knowledgeable enough to pack and ship your art while you are vacation, and you check your email on a daily basis for new sales, you may leave your inventory up with the understanding it can can be packed and shipped within 3 business days.
