A sketch of a quiet bay in the early evening. I particularly enjoyed painting the reflections, the hint of water lilies and the beautiful color of the sky beyond the trees. Like many of my landscapes, these are inspired by the landscape of Stoney Lake, in the Kawartha lake district in Ontario. |
