The coast is my main source for inspiration, the fluidity of the ocean, the wind or calm in the landscape and the way light can bring out aspects of a composition to make you see it and catch your breath with its vibrancy or subtlety.
I look for places where there is an echo of the people who live and work in the environment, how some of there personality is reflected in their boats and docks, how they become part of the landscape.
