I am a painter living in fabulous, funky Austin, TX. My works are abstractions in oil, acrylic, encaustic, watercolor media, and ink. Though much of my work is abstract, my imagery is often inspired by nature, from the micro to the macro. I enjoy exploring color relationships and various ways of representing invented organic forms.

I graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with a B.F.A. in Painting in 1992 and have been painting ever since. I have been in several solo shows and numerous juried group shows. In 2002, I began selling my work, and it is now in numerous collections across the USA and abroad.
