| Artist Statement: | At age 16, Beth knew she wanted to be a photographer, after watch a friend develop photos in his home darkroom. Bloom says, "I saw magic that day as I watched the images develop. And I knew I wanted to do that kind of magic. While photographically based, not all of Bloom's work is traditional photograph. "I really don't care about what kind of camera or equipment I use, from a pinhole camera to digital doodad, it's a means the finished image." |
