Reclining Figures with Fu Dog is a 22” x 30” collage of two female figures with a picture of a Fu Dog hanging in the background. It is made entirely of maps. I take my drawings of the figure, recreate them as collage and place them into whimsical settings. This piece is floated on a mat and framed behind plexiglass (see photo) in a neutral wood frame. The framed size is 33” x 40” with a small amount of buckling in the paper, which is a natural look for works on paper. |
