A cityscape inspired by a trip to this city that has one of the best skylines of the world. In Chicago architecture is a big thing, something that really stands out. During our visit we took a boat tour through the city and the guide told us about the history and architecture of every single building we passed. To me the architecture of Chicago is what sets this city apart and I wanted to capture the diversity and ingenuity of that in this artwork.

This is a mixed media piece on stretched canvas, a combination of photo-collage and acrylics. The sides of the canvas are painted black and the entire piece has been covered with a high gloss clear resin coating. The piece comes with a wire on the back for hanging. The piece is signed at the front and has title, date and artist name on the back and includes a signed certificate of authenticity from the artist. Be advised that colors and brightness depend on your monitor and the digital picture may be slightly different from the original work of art.
