  • How can I buy items on Zatista?

    Buying items on Zatista is safe, easy and secure. Simply use our convenient shopping cart and we handle the rest. Your information is never shared with a third party and the artist or gallery you are buying from only receives your shipping address. If you have a PayPal account you may choose to checkout with that for convenience and ease.

  • What form of payments does Zatista accept?

    Zatista accepts American Express, Visa, and Mastercard as well as PayPal

  • Do I need a Paypal account in order to purchase an item on Zatista?

    It is not necessary to have a PayPal account on Zatista to purchase an item. Zatista accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). PayPal users however have an added layer of purchase protection when paid using their PayPal account. See more details on PayPal's Buyer Protection program.

  • May I send Zatista a check for an item?

    Zatista does not accept checks as payment for items purchased on the site. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

  • My item has not yet arrived. When will it arrive?

    If you have recently purchased an item on Zatista that has not arrived, please first check the tracking number assigned to the item. All items sold through Zatista are shipped by the seller via trackable and insured. Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation e-mail that was generated when the seller sent your item.

    If your purchase does not yet have tracking information, the seller may still be in the process of packing and shipping the item. As soon as the item is shipped and the seller provides tracking information, you will be notified of this via email.

    In the event that the seller has failed to provide tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us for further information. Please send an email with the subject "Shipping Inquiry" and with following information to support@zatista.com.

    • Zatista Transaction or Item Number

  • What if I purchased an item that was misrepresented?

    If an item purchased through Zatista was materially misrepresented by one of our sellers, you are covered by our 100% Buyer Guarantee. Kindly e-mail us the following information:

    • Your Username
    • Contact Phone Number
    • Zatista Transaction or Item Number
    • Details on why you believe the item was misrepresented.

    Please be sure and include in the subject line "Recent Purchase Inquiry". We will contact you within 24 business hours from the receipt of your e-mail and review the matter with you directly. Inquiries may be sent to: support@zatista.com.

  • What if I purchased an item and it was damaged during shipment?

    If you purchased an item and it was damaged during shipment, please contact our representatives who will assist you in the process of resolving your issue. Our 100% Buyer Guarantee ensures that you will receive a complete refund for any purchase you are not completely satisfied with.

  • How can I request a return for an item I have received?
