For Nicholas Bell, photography has to do with time and the perception of time. The first day Bell spent with a camera he recognized that being completely focused and connected to a scene seemed to slow time. “There is something very spiritual about this connection for me and it is what I love about photography. The focus of my work is to produce images that convey this feeling of being connected to a moment, completely and without distraction.”
